This comes after the agencies first female police dog handler says she was discriminated against for being a woman.
Reports say Delsa Sanderson sued the agency early last year.
She claims she was harassed by male troopers while working in Laramie.
She also says she was given a sexually explicit nickname and that someone started a rumor she was having a relationship with a supervisor.
Judge Scott Skavdahl dismissed Sanderson's claims of a hostile work environment and that she was retaliated against for complaining to supervisors.
He said she hadn't exhausted all other remedies for the retaliation claim and that she couldn't show she was subject to harassment that would make it a hostile environment.
