Vista West Customers Can Expect an Increase in Water Bills

CASPER, Wyo. The Wyoming Public Service Commission agreed to pass a two-cent increase per 1000 gallons of water used.

For a typical person this will look like about a 10 percent increase per month, but of course, bills will vary.

This is less than the originally suggested increase of 185 percent, which would have increased bills around $100 a month.
