CASPER, Wyo. Police received two reports from Jonah Bank claiming the withdrawals on two separate occasions used 17 different cards.

Through their search, police found the truck sen on surveillance video and arrested Michael Voss and Ionut Manea.

After contacting an Arizona bank where the stolen accounts originated, police learned Voss and Manea withdrew over $61,000 from banks in Laramie, Rock Springs, and Casper.
