Lusk man found guilty of homicide by vehicle for the August 2017 deaths of two tourists from South Korea.
Jurors acquitted Richardson of two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and one count of aggravated assault.
If Richardson was found guilty of his previous charges, he was looking at up to fifty years in prison. Now with his new charges, he faces up to one year in prison.
The jury took a little over two hours to reach a verdict in this case.
Richardson had fallen asleep at the wheel causing him to cross over into the other lane hitting another vehicle, and killing two back in August of 2017.
