Many Casper Residents Braved the Cold to Attend the Parade

CASPER, Wyo. Thousands braved the snow and cold, lining Yellowstone Highway and Second Street to get a glimpse of the floats.

All of the floats were designed by local business owners and organizations.

The theme of this years parade was "A WyHOMEing Christmas".

Residents say the parade represents how close Casper community members are.

"We always try to support Casper and come out. People like to see more and want more for Casper, but it takes us community coming out and supporting what goes on." Said Susie Evanson, a parade-goer.

More than 100 floats took part in this year's parade.
