CASPER, Wyo. Back in October of 2017, a tattoo shop employee said they saw Joshua Mclean looking into cars parked outside the Ink Spot.
According to court records, McLean took a bag from a jeep containing cigarettes, sunglasses, and other items valued at $40.
Judge Kerri Johnson sentenced McLean to two to four years in prison.
That sentence was suspended for a two-year probation period.
McLean was also ordered to pay $40 in restitution and over 300 dollars in court fees.
