The suspect in a March kidnapping case, where a 95 year old woman was found bound in the trunk of a car, pleaded guilty this afternoon.
Today Kyle Martin pleaded guilty to three charges including aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary.
Martin was arrested in late March and reports say police found Martin at the Eastridge Mall parking lot when he drove away, leading police on a car chase through east Casper.
After being arrested, police later learned of an elderly woman who had been assaulted, bound and thrown into the trunk of the car by Martin.
According to reports, Martin spoke of an un-named co-defendant who helped with the kidnapping and assault, but police have not been able to identify the other person.
Natrona County’s District Attorney told News 13 Martin has provided three different names of his co-defendant, yet none of the names have been checked out with police investigation.
The state dropped three of the six charges as part of his plea deal and say they will not seek the death penalty at sentencing.
Martin awaits his sentencing date in custody without bond.
He faces more than twenty-five years for the crimes.
