A man accused of attacking another man with a pick-axe is taking his case to District Court after waiving his preliminary hearing today.

45-year-old Wade Miller was arrested in late November in Natrona County after court papers say he broke a glass door with a pick- axe and then hit the owner two to three times.

Reports say Miller was the president of the Home Owners Association and had come to the residence after numerous complaints to talk with the tenant.

Miller faces the charges of aggravated assault and un-lawful entry.

The report also shows he attacked the tenant with a gardening spade and a wooden post.
