NATRONA COUNTY, Wyo. The state statute is a breach of peace.

This includes loud, threatening, or obscene music.

The crime is considered a misdemeanor.

It is punishable by up to six months in jail or up to a 750 dollar fine.

"Certainly if it's an industrial area or whether it be residential. Certainly, we will try to give them a warning the first time and if not we will have to go up the scale and give them a citation." Explained Seargent Aaron Shatto of the Natrona County Sheriff's Office.

He also says the breach of peace is a statewide law.
