Natrona County officials began their annual holiday campaign against drunk driving Monday at Casper College.
Criminal justice students have helped spread awareness leading up to the kick off through events and games around campus.
Within the city, campaign participants have been able to make signs to inform residents of how to find safe transportation home.
Even bars around Casper are helping to make sure everyone gets home safely.
"We have the safe ride. If you don't have a vehicle or you don't have a friend who can pick you up, then call safe ride and you've got a cab and you can get home safely or wherever you need to go." - Ashly Nash, DUI Campaign Kick-off Emcee
According to detective John Hatcher, last year's average blood alcohol level on DUI’s was point one six.
Campaign participants and police encourage you to make plans on getting home safely before going out.
