CASPER, Wyo That's just one message a cyber-security expert shared with rotary members during a luncheon.
Topics included hackers increasing their presence to easily steal customer data and how business owners can protect their information.
He says it takes little effort for hackers to deceive us.
"The folks out on the dark web that are stealing this data are very good at what they do and it's become a very low tech thing. This is not someone beaming into your computer from a satellite. They're simpling sending you an email trying to get you to take action on it." Said Jared Hoffman.
Hoffman says to never open links in an email unless you know who sent it.
