The Central Wyoming Hospice Tree of Love ceremony gathered dozens of residents Sunday.
It's a remembrance ceremony, giving people a moment to remember lost loved ones.
Everyone in attendance wrote a message on an ornament and hung it on the tree.
Families wrote their deceased family members names on balloons with messages too.
One counselor presented a poem and then the Dean Morgan Choir sang a few songs.
Families say they were touched by the event.
Kilty Brown Central Wyoming Hospice’s executive director commented, “It touches my heart really to see so many people here and to see families that we've connected so deeply with in the last year, and even as a nurse and a practitioner, it’s a way for me to honor everybody who's gone beyond, and everybody whose touched our lives."
