CASPER,Wyo. City employees joined the Halloween celebrations, dressing up in their favorite costumes.
Employees at city buildings hosted an early trick or treating event, handing out candy to parents and kids.
Employees and police say this allows employees a chance to engage with the community in ways they otherwise wouldn't.
"It's really good for us to have that opportunity and interact with the community in a way that we don't always get the chance to do. So it's good for us and hopefully the community enjoys it as well." Said City Manager Carter Napier.
Employees at the County and Municipal Courthouses and the Casper Recreation Center helped give out candy as well.
