CASPER, Wyo. Last year, Devin Pangus was hired by a local homeowner to mow his lawn and do other minor landscaping.
After the man left for the weekend, Pangus entered the home and stole bags full of change, multiple championship archery belts and clothing.
Judge Daniel Forgey sentenced Pangus to four to six years in the Wyoming State Penitentiary but suspended that sentence for 3 years of supervised probation.
Forgey said probation was appropriate because Pangus had no other felony offenses.
