CASPER, Wyo. Earlier this year, three teens called the police after Michael McLaughlin pulled a gun on them.
According to the teenagers, McLaughlin fired a shot in the air then pointed the gun at one of their heads and asked the teens for marijuana.
McLaughlin blew a blood alcohol content of .166.
He was charged with two accounts of threatening with a deadly weapon and was sentenced to three to five years in the state penitentiary.
However, instead of a prison sentence, the judge sentenced him to enter the 6 month boot-camp program.
