Casper Businessman's Trial Set for Next Year

Casper businessman Tony Cercy will have his story heard by a jury in February of next year.

This morning (Friday), 55-year-old Cercy appeared in district court with his family and his attorneys for a scheduling hearing.

His trial is set to begin Monday, February 12, and runs through that week and into the next week.

Cercy is accused of sexually abusing a 20-year-old woman at his lake house on Alcova Lake.

Court records show the woman “passed ou”' at his cabin, and awoke to Cercy sexually assaulting her.

Cercy faces three charges including first, second, and third degree sexual abuse.

His trial is set to run for six days.
