One more day of afternoon thunderstorms across Wyoming today...as a result of low level moisture from the east...and instability above. Storms will occur over the central and north parts. A low pressure system will move onshore in the Pacific Northwest Wednesday...pushing a cold front across the State...late Wednesday into Thursday. There will be increased wildfire risk for Wednesday and Thursday...as a result of increasing winds and the warm dry air that will accompany the frontal passage.

Tonight: Light southeast wind becoming east southeast 12 to 17 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 26 mph.

Wednesday:  Breezy, with a south southwest wind 7 to 12 mph increasing to 20 to 25 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 38 mph.

Thursday: South wind 8 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.
