A new survey at Laramie County Community College reveals that about 58 percent of employees do not believe in the administration's leadership.
The survey was part of the school's accreditation review, which takes place every 10 years.
Out of 220 employees who took the survey, 49 percent say they do not believe President Darrel Hammon's decisions about jobs are fair or equitable.
In addition, about 47 percent say they are fearful about their own jobs.
Hammon is in his 4th year at the college and says he will work with employees to address any challenges on campus.
