- Employees & immediate families of KCWY TV and Papa Johns Pizza are not eligible.
- A KCWY representative will review the nominations and select an athlete to feature on News 13's Player Profile. The KCWY representative will contact the individual to set up the interview and coordinate receipt of the prize.
- Decisions of the KCWY representative are final.
- Each winner agrees to the use of his or her name and likeness in publicity without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- Professional athletes are not eligible for Player Profile
