- Wyoming has the 15th highest drug overdose mortality rate per capita in the country. And a recent study shows drug overdoses have tripled in the past 15 years in Wyoming, with majority being from prescribed medications.
- Next summer, you may have to pay more to get into Yellowstone, Grand Teton, or Glacier National Parks. The Park Service director has them permission to raise their fees, if they consult with states and local communities.
- 17 school bands from around the state gathered at the Casper Events Center Saturday night for the annual marching band festival. There's no winner or loser, but instead, the bands are judged on a points system and then ranked.
- With a 15% rent increase this past July, another 15% planned for next April, and then another 15% in 2016. Some residents at Skyline Towers are upset because they're living solely off social security and may not be able to make ends meet.
