Dubois Drug Arrest and Possible Meth Lab

A Dubois man was arrested for drug charges, and a search warrant executed by Fremont County Deputies resulted in the discovery of what they are calling a meth lab.

Fremont County's Undersheriff says 40-year-old Dubois Resident Trampes Rivers was arrested without incident Thursday afternoon and charged with selling methamphetamine after an ongoing investigation. The simultaneous search of a residence in the 400 block of mercantile street revealed hazardous materials and devices often used in meth labs.

"Evidence was located," said Sergeant Shane Brazil. “It was seized by investigators and will be tested at the state lab.”

Fremont County Deputies and agents from the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation conducted the investigation and search. The Riverton and Dubois fire departments, and Fremont County ambulance assisted with hazardous materials.
