A Riverton mother was arrested and faces drug use charges.
30-year-old Gloria FightingBear was arrested Saturday and the Department of Family Services contacted.
“She was saying that she was seeing people, that there were people after her, that there were people hiding around the corners,” said Riverton Police Captain Eric Murphy.
Murphy said officers were called to her home in response to a call of people standing around. He said one of the responding officers was a drug recognition expert, who said FightingBear was under the influence of narcotics.
“Afterwards, further investigation found out, that she had smoked some methamphetamine earlier during the day and she had two little kids in there with her," said Murphy.
FightingBear was arrested for child endangerment and the use of methamphetamine.
