CWC Search Committee Narrows Selection to Three For College President

The screening committee seeking a new Central Wyoming College President narrowed their selection to three candidates.

A committee of 19, including board members, college staff, a member of the student senate, alumni and community members, select Dr. Paul Kraft, Dr. Jason wood, and Dr. Cristobal Valdez.

“We had a facilitator from our national organization, the Association of Community College Trustees, in Washington DC,” said CWC Board of Trustee Chairman Charlie Krebs. “She kept us on task.”

Krebbs said he is very proud of all committee members and their dedication. The candidates will appear before an open forum for questions on April 15th at CWC’s gymnasium and board members will announce their new college president on April 16th at their meeting.
