For those of you who find yourselves up at Rotary Park this spring, you may start to notice some changes.
Trail Maintenance starts next week. A conservation crew will be working to maintain the trail, focusing on the areas of erosion.
Natrona County Parks Board will also be looking into making a new area of the trail to go around certain properties, making it easier for hikers to get around.
“We're just trying to make it as user friendly for as many people while maintaining the integrity of the trail.... allowing access for the trail ... while respecting the land owners as well,” said Matt Buhler, Parks Supervisor.
Maintenance is expected to last for 10 days.
