Our First National Park Hosted How Many Visitors this June?

Yellowstone National Park just had its second busiest June on record with over 800,000 visitors.

The new numbers are down almost five percent from the busiest June in 2016.

So far in 2017, over one million three hundred people had visited the park which shows a growth of almost 25 percent from five years ago in 2013.

Park officials say because of continued high visitation it's important to plan ahead for your trip, anticipate delays at popular attractions and always check road conditions.
