Starting, growing and managing a Wyoming business is no easy feat, but one Casper woman has been hard at it for thirty-three years.
At her business, just before the Natrona County Airport, Janie Wait works to store, shred and manage private documents with her small staff inside the Intermountain Records Center.
She was recently honored as Wyoming's Small Business Person of the Year.
She brought on a hard working crew of workers with disabilities and told us what it takes to be a good business owner,
"Dedication to excellence is cornerstone, when you are persevering records for a hundred or more years, as a start of your business the quality aspect never really leaves you,” shared Wait.
After speaking with her, it was easy to see why she was selected for the award.
