Riverton School bus drivers are back on the roads, with unfamiliar buses.
Seven different school districts across Wyoming donated twenty-two buses total after Riverton's bus barn caught fire Monday night.
Riverton drivers had to go pick up a few buses from Basin, the rest were delivered by the other district's drivers.
All costs associated with the new buses will be handled by Riverton district school officials which includes gas and any repairs.
Transportation office staff are working to get certificates of insurance from each donor district, just in case of an accident.
Each bus has a route number and for younger students an animal picture will be on display so all students can recognize which bus is theirs.
Transportation staff said they will be slowly returning the buses over the next few weeks as they get theirs cleaned of smoke damage and fully inspected.
